"72 Hole Raffle" Terms & Conditions
1. Each raffle number must be paid in full ($10 per number) and confirmed via BSB bank transfer to
BSB 034036 Account 534093
2. Priority on reserving numbers will be given to those who have paid in full on a first-in first served basis. If a number is already taken, an alternate number will be assigned. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 24-48 HOURS for BSB bank transfer payment to be confirmed.
3. Each BSB payment should be confirmed by email separately to raffle@deafgolfaustralia.com.au Each raffle number holder will receive an email acknowledgment confirming both the payment and the number(s) entry into the draw.
4. "72-Hole Raffle" opens on 22nd August 2019. The date of draw will be Sunday 27th October at 4pm unless all 72 tickets are sold earlier. If all tickets are sold earlier than 27th October, an announcement will be made via this webpage and in the DGA Facebook page. All ticket holders will be emailed details of the draw at least five days prior to the draw.
5. All proceeds will go towards the fundraising for the cost of sending a team of DGA representatives to the World Deaf Golf Championships 2020 (WDGC 2020).
6. The Royal Pines accommodation and golf package prize valued $633 was kindly donated by RACV Royal Pines Resort.
7. The draw will be a random draw of an unique number - numbered from 1 to 72. The first drawn number will be considered as the winning number and the prize vouchers awarded to the owner of the winning number.
8. The decision to award the prize will be final by the DGA Executive. The prize vouchers will be mailed to the winner by registered post.
9. The name of the winner will be published on this website page immediately after the draw.
10. Deaf Golf Australia (DGA as the non-profit sport organisation) is the Promoter of this raffle fundraiser, is not responsible for any mis-directed funds, computer or website malfunction, any kind of transmission and/or human error. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the published draw date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Automatically generated entries and entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
11. This raffle draw promotion is held subject to the legal requirements of conducting raffles in NSW. As such a permit is not required to conduct this raffle in NSW (More information click here).
12. This prize draw is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
13. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
14. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other (future) purposes to which the entrant has consented.
16. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook. You acknowledge that all information and material that you submit to enter this Promotion is submitted to the Promoter and not Facebook and you agree that Facebook shall not be liable to you in any way in respect of this Promotion.
