Terms & Conditions
2. All entries will go into a "54-Hole" Draw. The first two (2) valid draws will be declared winners of one voucher each.
3. One draw entry per paid registration only. (no multiple entries will be accepted).
4. The draw will be on 26th September at 3pm. The decision of winning entries will be final and no further correspondence shall be entered into.
5. The prize vouchers (valued $230 as above each) are kindly donated by Novotel Vines Resort. The prizes are not transferrable and cannot be sold or redeemed by third parties other than the winners themselves. The vouchers are redeemable by the drawn winners for the duration of the 26th ADGC 2021 Championships only 23-26 October 2021.
6. Notwithstanding the COVID-19 pandemic, the vouchers will be valid when Deaf Golf Championships are confirmed to proceed as planned. In the event the Championships are cancelled, the vouchers will be invalid and all registration monies refunded.
7. If you choose to pay the deposit for the tournament entry fee, the balance must be paid no later than 23rd September 2021.
8. Deaf Golf Australia (DGA as the non-profit sport organisation) is the Promoter of this raffle promotion, is not responsible for any mis-directed funds, computer or website malfunction, any kind of transmission and/or human error. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the published draw date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Automatically generated entries and entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
9. This raffle draw promotion is in compliance with conducting raffles in NSW. As such a permit is not required to conduct this raffle in NSW .
10. This prize draw is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
11. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
12. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other (future) purposes to which the entrant has consented.
14. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook. You acknowledge that all information and material that you submit to enter this Promotion is submitted to the Promoter and not Facebook and you agree that Facebook shall not be liable to you in any way in respect of this Promotion.
